We love Goldilocks Dumplings® and they've inspired us to do some cooking of our own. So we put our heads together for some of our favorite dumpling recipes. Here's one we really like, and we hope you do too!
This is a simple pork dumpling recipe where we'll make the wrapper, the filling, and the spices from scratch. You'll need a steamer for this one. It makes about five dozen so call your friends and invite them over to eat!
1 cup all purpose flour
1 egg white
4 tablespoons lard
3 tablespoons water
In a large bowl, pour the flour creating an open space in the middle.
Place the egg white, lard and white into the center and mix there. Then mix and fold the dough over. Knead everything together very well.
Roll out dough and cut out circles, 4 inches in diameter.
