Filipino Fried Peanuts Recipe

This may be the easiest recipe in the bunch. Peanuts fried in peanut oil and salted. Yum. Plus it gives you a reason to use your deep fat fryer.


  • peanuts
  • peanut oil
  • salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Fill your deep fat fryer with peanut oil and heat to 375˚F. Put the raw shelled peanuts, into your frying basket and drop into the hot oil. The shells will come off and the white peanuts will cook brown. When they do, take them out of the oil, pour onto a paper towel and salt them right away.
  2. Serve when cooled. May be stored in the fridge.
