Garlicky Rice

Ah, who wouldn't remember the delicious Filipino fried rice?  Not only it is a staple but Filipinos have enhanced the way they eat rice.  There's nothing like the taste of Filipino garlic fried rice that has a distinct toasty garlicky aroma that sends amazing sensations to the taste buds.

Whether you eat if for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you wouldn't get tired of it.  In fact, it increases your appetite even more and pairs very well with any Filipino dishes.

Garlic Fried Rice Recipe:

5 servings - cooked plain rice (cooled down)
6 tablespoons butter
1 small vadalia onions (minced)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cooking Instruction:
1.  In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat.  Saute' onions first until slightly golden brown.  Then saute' galic until slightly golden brown.
2.  Add rice and constantly stir until everything is heated through.  Add a little salt and pepper to taste (Do not overdo).  Toss well.
3.  Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
