Do you ship to other countries?

Yes we do ship internationally.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do ship to military base addresses.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we do accept PayPal as a form of Payment.

How do I qualify for the shipping promotion?

To qualify for the shipping promotion all orders must meet the shipping criteria that FilStop has established. (The shipping promotion excludes orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and international orders.)

Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

* Frozen handling fee, shipping cost and any applicable taxes do not count toward the Order Total.

Do you ship Frozen Foods?

Yes, we do ship frozen food.

Why is there a surcharge of $19.99 for frozen foods?

This extra cost of $19.99 on frozen foods is to cover the price of the special/extra packaging (dry ice, waterproof packaging) required to ship these frozen goods. Having the proper packaging ensures that you receive the freshest food possible. The best part is that the small shipping surcharge covers all frozen food items in an order, so you can stock-up on your favorite frozen goods and know that you're receiving the quality and freshness that you've come to expect from FilStop!

Can an order be placed and then paid for by check or money order instead of placing it on a credit card?

FilStop does not except checks or money orders as payment for orders. You may contact customer service for rates, quantities, and payment options.

How long will food products last if I order by the case?

Our products have a shelf life which range from 1 months to 3 years.

Can you deliver products on a Saturday?

If you've chosen FedEx as your shipping carrier the answer to your question is "YES", but if you've chosen other shipping carriers such as UPS then the answer to your question is "NO".

Is all your food approved by the FDA to be safe for human consumption?

Absolutely. We do not and can not sell food that is not first inspected and deemed safe for human consumption by the FDA.

Why can't I place my order?

There are a few reasons we can advised why your order cannot be placed

  • The credit card that you're using does not contain enough balance to process your other.
  • Another reason might be that your credit card's billing information does not match with the billing information that you've entered.

If the problem persists please contact your bank to report this problem.

Do you have a discount promotion available?

Discount promotion will be e-mailed to you directly if they are available. If you do not receive an email regarding a discount promotion this can only mean that there are no on going discount promotion as of right now.

When will you restock products that are out of stock?

FilStop does not have an estimate date when were going to restock again. Please click the notify button on the item page to be inform immediately once this product becomes in stock again.

Can I place my order online and pick it up at your store?

Yes it is possible. Just choose the shipping method in store pickup and leave a note stating the time and the date when you're going to pick up your order.

How do I track my order?

Please go to our website at and on the right side column of the web page there's a "track your order" column. Just enter your order ID number and click the tracking number that will appear on the next page.

How do I add to, change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel an order anytime up to 3 PM (Eastern Time). To add an item or cancel orders please call us immediately at 201-963-0455. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.

How do I place my order?

To order online simply go to our website and add the items to your cart. Click checkout as soon as your order is complete and fill up the necessary information on the check out page.
