FilStop delivers anywhere in the US and also ships internationaly (excluding the Philippines), at rates typically much cheaper than the time and gas it takes to drive to your nearest Filipino grocery. We also ship to PO Boxes (see Shipping to PO Boxes) and Military (APO/FPO) addresses (see Shipping to Military Addresses).
If you're in the New Jersey area, we provide free in-store pick-up at our retail location, 683 Newark Avenue Jersey City, NJ 07306.
We offer Free Shipping on order totals $65* or more except when shipping Frozen Items, or when delivering to Alaska, Hawaii or APO.
Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.
* Frozen handling fee, coupon discounts, shipping cost and any applicable taxes do not count toward the Order Total.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping have shipping costs calculated based on the order weight and distance from our Jersey City, New Jersey location. You may choose FedEx, UPS or USPS as your shipping carrier. FedEx and UPS Ground services can take up to 7 business days to arrive after the ship date.
Shipping to PO Boxes is available but you must select USPS as the shipping method at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout.
International shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the order weight and distance from our Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Frozen Foods are available for shipping. The cold pack (Techni Ice) used to refrigerate the product during transit has a lifespan of 48 hours (2 days). It's highly recommended that orders with frozen items being shipped to the westcoast or midwest parts of the United States are shipped using 2-Day Air to ensure the freshness of the products for their arrival. FilStop will not be responsible for any orders that are damaged or thawed out if the areas mentioned above have chosen to use ground shipping as their shipping method.
When placing an order, you may select both frozen foods and non-frozen items for your shopping cart. You do not need to place separate orders for frozen food and other items.
Orders containing frozen items that are being shipped will have a frozen handling fee of $19.99 automatically added to the order at checkout. In-Store pickups will not be levied this charge.
Free Shipping is not available for Frozen Items.
FilStop only recommends shipping frozen products to customers residing in the continental United States. If frozen food is ordered internationally or with delivery to an APO or FPO address, FilStop will not be responsible for the freshness of the product upon arrival.
FedEx and UPS are only the carriers FilStop has selected to ship Frozen Food items.
NOTE: We do not ship orders containing frozen foods on Fridays as there is a risk the order could be held up in a distribution center over the weekend. Delivery times may vary depending on your UPS shipping area.
When shipping with FedEx, UPS or USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at FedEx.com, Ups.com or USPS.com, as applicable to your delivery method.
You can also obtain your tracking number by using the Track an Order page of our website.
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.
FilStop delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. FilStop is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. A minimum $15 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. If your package has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for package pick-up and re-delivery. Additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete (with the exception of zip code which we can determine) or the wrong shipping sector was entered at the time of order. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.

All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent orders. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make a purchase with someone else's credit card, even with the card holder's consent. If you are a first time customer and making a purchase with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to require you to sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00pm are processed same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm are processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed next business day.
If for any reason, due to extenuating circumstances, your order does not ship within two business days, customer service will contact you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Upon delivery, recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m. EST on the third (3rd) day after delivery of the items, recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights there to. In case of charge backs or a refund by the buyer, recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us. In the event that this cannot be done, recipient will pay for the damaged merchandise in full. Recipient will pay in US dollars unless otherwise specified on the delivery receipt. A penalty of 10% per month will apply on unpaid/unreturned merchandise and overdue accounts, plus all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees.
Orders paid with PayPal will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to FilStop's account. All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account. Shipping address information must be updated through PayPal. If you use PayPal at checkout, the address listed with PayPal is the destination for your order. FilStop cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.
